LawMate UK Support

All our products have a one year warranty. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service. Our UK-based team offer free expert product guidance, from assisting you to select the correct product for your specific need, to user advice and technical support.

Any issues with products are dealt with promptly – typically, repairs are completed the same day they are received into us. Occasionally products that need new parts, or need to be sent back to the manufacturer for further investigation, have a longer lead time. We always communicate progress keeping you updated.


LawMate UK 12 month warranty.
All goods supplied by LawMate UK are covered with a 12-month warranty against faults and defects, commencing from the date you receive the item. We will endeavour to repair or replace any item which has developed a manufacturers fault within the warranty period.
The warranty excludes misuse of the item or general depreciation i.e. wear and tear. Under these circumstances, we can offer to send the item/s back to the manufacturer, or order any new parts needed to repair the item. The consumer must cover all applicable costs.
After the warranty period has expired, any returns will be chargeable, including any costs incurred for shipping, customs, labour or materials.


UK Delivery.
All orders placed before 12:00 (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability.
The courier we use for our UK deliveries orders is DPD. Orders over £100 are shipped free of charge via the DPD Two-day service.

Orders placed with UK Next Working Day delivery on Friday will be delivered on the next working day. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way.
LawMate UK reserve the right to amend orders placed with incorrect delivery options without notice. LawMate UK do not accept responsibility for items being delayed through customs/security checks or adverse weather conditions. There are no refunds on shipping costs unless LawMate UK are responsible for the error.

International Delivery.
For international orders, the courier we use is FedEx.

In some countries FedEx will send you an email to let you know the time slot in which your package will be delivered. If you are unavailable during this time slot you can reply to the email to arrange an alternative delivery date.
The options and cost of shipping for your order will be calculated automatically at the checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive a confirmation email to let you know it is on the way.

Import Tax:
Please be advised that for countries outside the EU, as well as the Canary Islands, there may be customs and VAT charges that the customer will be expected to pay. LawMate UK are not liable for these payments.
If these local import/custom charges are refused or not paid by the customer, then the item could be returned to LawMate UK or possibly destroyed if too expensive to return.

Please note:
If your order is not returned to us in these circumstances, we may not be able to refund you for your order. We would not be able to refund any original postage costs paid and can only refund for the returned product/s minus any costs incurred in returning them to LawMate UK.


LawMate UK Returns Policy.
When preparing an RMA please send an email to our support team and report the following information:

Invoice Number:
This is the invoice number from the purchase order.

Fault Description:
The description of the fault that you are experiencing. (For intermittent faults please describe how the problem was replicated).

Return Address:
Your address for us to return the item to when completed. When we get the mail we will process it onto our system for you. Please wait patiently for the email reply. We will send a mail/reply to confirm the booking when it occurs, When the RMA email is received from our system you will be given a list of the items we need to be sent and the RMA reference number that has been issued for the case. Ensure the returns address is correct on the attached PDF file. This is where we will send it. Then send the item to our address on the PDF attachment file with the RMA reference number clearly on the package. You will receive a confirmation mail when it arrives with us.
